Check your power supply first. All Haunted Labs specimens require a standard 9V DC negative-center power supply. Using anything else might actually kill it (and void your warranty).
"Do you offer repairs?"
Yes. If your pedal was handcrafted by us and has stopped performing its ritual, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on labor and parts (excluding abuse or "acts of god/ghosts").
"Where is my tracking number?"
Once a specimen is dispatched from the lab, an automated carrier pigeon (email) is sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder—sometimes they get trapped in the filters.
"Can I visit the Lab?"
The Haunted Labs facility is a closed site for research and development. We do not currently have a retail storefront, but you can find our gear at authorized dealers worldwide.
